I can see clear parallels between Aiyana Jones and Denise, Carole, Cynthia, & Addie Mae....Bombingham AL & Charleston S.C...The same for as Tamir Rice and Emmet Till, & many more. I'll forever love the concept of Sankofa. It seems like the perfect guiding principle as our Present looks much like our Past. But the Future doesn't have to, and actually neither does Now.
